Sent an email to Beach Audi with a copy of the receipt Rebecca refused to assist me without a tracking number which Walmart doest not provide. I even had Walmart contact her directly to confirm the product was returned but she still refused to help. Stay away from this seller.

This item was described as 5-pack but only included one so it had to be returned for a refund. Item was delivered to the house but didn't include return pick up from my house so super inconvenient having to take to a shipping store. Item shipped back and seller received on 5/9, today is 5/21 and I still have not received my refund. Next option is to have the bank deal with this and never purchase again from Walmart online. Subpar service!

The UPS driver was very upset with the customer for ordering a 95 pound product. The UPS exact words, how inconsiderate of me (the customer) for ordering a 95 pound product, in which I paid over 500.00 dollars for the said product. (Microwave). The UPS diver, who was very young indicated that he was not happy with delivering product. My recommendation to UPS driver, would not share his unhappy feelings with customer, since that is unprofessional. The UPS driver should be made aware that in dealing with customers, he should keep his negative feelings to himself and provide good service. Very unhappy with delivery. I think with more training the UPS driver could do a better job. If UPS is used in the future, please let them know about this unprofessional services.
