Malísimo servicio al cliente, trate de comunicarme varias veces con ellos y nunca contestan sus teléfonos! Publicaron en Walmart el Oculus y me mandaron el Meta Quest. Aparte de que me pudieron entregar con firma el paquete y tuve que pedir de favor an mis vecinos que los recibieran! Muy mala experiencia. Lamentablemente ya no tengo tiempo de regresarlo por que es regalo para mi hijo y ni modo que se quede sin regalo.

    I received a regular Quest 2 with a HDMI cable on a separate bag, it was supposed to be an Oculus bundle with a case. I reached out to the seller and their response was “Sorry. Your order only includes Quest2-256GB HDMI. Thanks.”

    the one I PAID for was SUPPOSE to come with dual charger and it was NOT IN BOX ..I have tried to reach out to seller as well as walmart with absolutely NO RELPLY FROM EITHER ONE

    Do not like having to furnish cust. Support with a long list of required info before them getting me a reference number. Now, after several calls, they just say, my case has be update. But never, when to expect a resolution.
