Refused my cancelation of the item because they were in the process of putting on the label for shipment - was told to refuse item. Tried to refuse the item from UPS but couldn't because 'it was not shipped'. Once shipped couldn't cancel because 'it was shipped'. Then, on top of all of that, repeatedly got messages that my shipment was delayed. So now it's taking 4x longer for me to get a package I can't cancel

    Found the item number exactly what he wanted, ordered it, and it arrived within a few days. It has not been installed yet, but should be just perfect.

    Had to modify this part, because it was not as pictured. I was able to make it work but was not the part that was pictured, and I had to modify it. Not happy. See below the difference in the part ordered and the part received.

    Walmart said this company would email me back in 48 hours when my shipment was wrong. That did not happen. Sounds like this company doesn’t have their stuff together.

    False advertising Ordered a Trail Tech Voyager GPS Computer Universal Kit. Got a Trail Tech Vapor. Bait and Switch. Fraud company.
