Nice, small size fits on shelf well. Plays the formats that I want. Easy to install %26 easy to operate. You can skip the wifi %26 internet function if you want. It did not come with the gold HDMI cable shown in picture, but it was silver. Warranty info unclear, but probably one year.

I bet there was heavy demand as I purchased on Black Friday but delivery on delivery after 3 weeks was a little disappointing. Additionally, it felt there was no status update for good 10 days where we felt they misplaced the shipment.Gary

- 4 out of 5 stars review11/22/2023Support Staff at Video and Audio Center provided me an updated Tracking of the TV and the name of the shipping company that currently had the TV in their possession. Informed me the TV was not lost in transit but company was not able to reach me. Need another information block for the shipping company Pilot Freight. Company did not leave a voice mail nor a text stating they could not reach me. Company stated they did try to contact me but were not aggressive. Shipping company stated they could deliver the TV in 6 days or provide local pick up. Only issue with the shipping company is did not leave a voicemail or text stating they were trying to reach me. Local pick up was awesome they provided a great service.David
