Item just as described and delivered in good condition. Easy to put together and looks wonderful in our living room. I have received many compliments. We bought in black and it doesn’t look like cheap faux wood, very good quality!

Awful with my return. The item was shipping from the sender in 2 packages. Upon receipt I no longer wanted the item due to the color not working in my home. I requested to process a return, was sent a label to return. The FedEx worker advised me that he could not take both boxes since I only had one shipping label. Each box needed their own label. I called Walmart and they said I would get another label no problem from the seller. The seller did not give me another label. The requested a picture of the box that I needed the label for. I sent them a picture several times. They claim to not get the picture each time. I called Walmart again for help and the rep from Walmart told me they would get me a label no problem. A few minutes later Walmart says they can’t get me a label. They can only have the seller get me a label. Then the seller asks if I just want to keep the item for 20% off. No I don’t want the item. Also one piece of the item was already returned so why would I want to keep half of the item???? I will never purchase from this vendor again. Also my return isn’t resolved yet! Mopio has now requested I send a picture via some other site which seems very odd and im not happy with this experience at all. Terrible customer service for a return.

Love the furniture! The instruction book was missing in one of the boxes, so we called and they immediately took care of our issues by help us download the instructions. Great quality and would not hesitate to buy from here again.

I had to return due to the size being too big. I returned 2 months ago. They’ve told me twice that I’ve been issued the refund but have not received. The 3rd time they stated the issue was “escalated” and that my refund was issued. Again still have not received the refund. 2 months of back and forth and have not received my refund. I will be reporting the seller to the Better Business Bureau. Terrible customer service.
