Shipping was good, product arrived without damage and before expected time.

I am currently awaiting a response from the company "THLAND". I am very disappointed with their product. Purchased this item less than 3 weeks ago and has not been able to use it.

I have been waiting over one month for my refund. You have been giving proof with signed signature that my item was returned. I have received no refund. I have no way of contacting you only a promise from Walmart you will contact me....still waiting. this is so unfair that you have $970.88 on my hard earned money that is in your bank over a month...please refund my money...I am beyond angry of the delay

It is easy to put together and take apart, sturdy .I weigh 122.47 kg 270 .lbs. only bad things is the battery is gel lead acid not LITHiUM lol. I think it would be better if they moved the brake control within reach of the person sitting in the seat .

Beware don’t buy from this company through Walmart they sent me a piece of junk scooter that doesn’t work and claimed that they sent my money back to my credit card. I have not received it yet. I have called Walmart many many times and they claim it has been sent out. I never got it. I feel I have been ripped off by Walmart the 3rd party company that Walmart got the scooter from is TH Land some foreign company that likes to rip off people here in the USA. So don’t buy a scooter from Walmart buy it from that other big company pay a little more but a lot more peace of mind

product works good fair price compared to others shipped quickly good value cheap considering it has 2 batteries with it of course its not name brand but they go for double the price and dont even include batterys or charger just the tool only so overall a pretty good deal A rating
