The product was cracked and the lid did not seal tight. Figured it would be too much trouble to send back so I threw it away, very poor quality, unfortunately.

Absolutely no customer care. Contacted twice, seller basically told me to get lost.

Product arrived earlier than anticipated. No communication with seller.

What communication. None needed. I returned them. -5

Have not received even though it says it has been delivered.

Not mentioning that they are tiny won’t even cool down a small bathroom

never recieved item, they use a company china post that lies about delivery times .

This item was awful. Was made cheap %26 did nothing

They was just terrible I won’t do anything with them again
