I reached out to the seller about this product as of a week now have not heard from them very concerning with the poor customer service and response

sent me the wrong rock, i received a rock that weighed a few grams instead of a pound. they advertised the rock to weigh one pound.

Took longer than I expected for delivery. product was not as good as ones I used previously.

I got the toenail clippers in and tried them. they turned on and seemed to work. I plugged them in and waited a week to use them and they didn't work at all. still don't work.

This item took awhile to deliver %26 was a cheaply made item.

Seller did a good job with packaging in all. The ad was slightly misleading because it was stated something about a duck whistle. It is a traditional duck call and it did not come in the box that showed in the ad.

Item was packaged well and arrived earlier than expected! Great product with appropriate price!

Seller should make it clearly understood the batteries do NOT come with the gloves! The gloves are really warm and thick but the batteries to power them have to be ordered separately.

Ordering process was accurate but quality of the sponge heads was terrible. The first 2 we used broke within a single day.
