seller sent wrong shoe size, req a child size according to sellers size chart, but was sent a adult size shoe. Being xmas time, this shoe item was needed for a xmas school event which was very disappointing to my child not receiving proper item , making matters worst, I am not getting a response from seller for my refund in a timely manner. , i really want a refund. please note i attempted returning this item to my local walmart twice and contacted seller before expiration return date to no avail. This experience is giving me serious doubt to continue ordering online . Please advise....
