Not sure if the seller is responsible for delivery and packaging. What I do know is that a cracked leaking bottle should be reimbursed or replaced and I should not be expected to go to the store to return it, which defeats the point of ordering it delivered at home.

Not happy at all! The item had no tamper resistant seal and was clearly opened prior! There were also scuffs on item like it had been in a make up bag or purse and the sticker label on it was worn like it been through a rain storm. I strongly believe this product was not new or at the very least opened prior to being shipped!
