would like to know why no one is doing anything/helping after purchasing an extended warranty. After 4 months the battery continues to die, now its not charging at all. Walmart, Contixo, nor the warranty company are doung anything.

terriable service amd.twrriable products i bought my granddaughters bot the contizxo 10" kids tablets and not only did the case that came with the tablets NOT PROTECT the tablets when accidentally dropped lime they said it would but before she dropped it and it cracked the screen with the case on the tablet but it stopped working the 2nd week she had the tablet !!!! and i tried to return the product within the 90 day return policy was up and they would not honor the policy and they wouldnt take it back or swap.it for a new one !!! the service on this purchasae was CRAP AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY THESE TABLETS FROM WALMART !!!
