We are trying to get our money back for a damaged product that they sent to us. They are refusing to work with us or abide by Walmart’s return policy. We also had to go through Walmart to get a hold of them which added days onto our return request. I sent pictures to the company of the damage and they are still refusing to return our money. They are requesting that we go through the manufacturer to get the damaged product that they sent us fixed.

They actually seem to be more than willing to resolve the issue of my newly installed dishwasher's leaking problem, but the 2 local names that they gave me for repair have not panned out. It is now back in their hands. If this gets resolved to my satisfaction, then I will certainly upgrade my rating. If not, it will plunge. 5 stars need to be earned.

I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. I was notified when it would be expected-than informed when it should be an earlier date... packaging was doubled-they did a good job!
