The shipping and handling were done poorly. The box was damaged and items in the box were broken. I didn't even get to enjoy the piece because of the broke item. I was willing to keep it if I could get at least the piece of wood that was broken, but Walmart said there was nothing they could do and I'm pretty sure no one even tried to contact the seller. Either way I won't be using them again.

The Cat house will be fine once I can find an instruction sheet to build it. Called KTAXON co. they took all my information then said they had to wait 24 hours to send directions in an email. Don't feel confident I will receive it. Unless you are skilled patient or not me do not buy. At the price and quality look at a diffenent co. to buy from.
