No communication from seller other than tracking number. Fedex stated a signature was necessary but it was not. Delivery left blocking the entry door, but I happened to open the door then and he moved it out of the way. Door swings out and would not open with the large 50 plus pounds package in the way.

Holy cow! Terrible terrible packaging for the shipment!!! My box came completely torn up! A huge corner was torn and I could see the styrofoam and contents! Absolutely do not recommend using this seller! My Christmas gift is own ruined and it’s too late to find another one this close. So upset over how the item was packaged, shipped and delivered. Just awful!!!

I was pleased with the product but my package came already torn open. Someone did a terrible job of taping the box back up, then my product was already ripped out of its packaging. Thankfully nothing was taken. Not sure if this is the shippers fault or the delivery drivers but I was not pleased finding my stuff already opened and rummaged through.
