Silk Indian hair is remy, which means that all hair cuticles within a bundle lay in one direction. This minimizes friction and keeps our hair frizz free. We have created a durable, everlasting, thin machine weft, with a specially designed adhesive that is inseparable.

Typical hair from other retailers is steam treated or pressed, which causes wave and curl patterns to lessen with each wash, that will not happen with our hair. Our straight and wavy hair bundles are not steam treated or steam pressed. Because of this, each and every single time you shampoo your hair and let it dry naturally, it will go back to its original texture.

To lighten or color the hair, use a cream based solution. DO NOT use powder lightener. We recommend Joico Vero or an equivalent brand for lightening and coloring. We do not recommend exceeding 30 volume developer. As always, we recommend conditioning the hair after any process (bleach, color, shampoo, etc).
