It's difficult to find grommet thermal panels for less than $20--especially in the 84 inch length and in a neutral color. So I consider this one to be a steal. The faux silk material looks elegant and the thermal backing works well in blocking out cold drafts. It's all around good quality and the Linen Store shipped it very fast.

The curtains are perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only problem was, one of them had the white line going across it. I read the instructions on how to send the product back and paid for shipping because according to the companies return policy, I would be reimbursed for the shipping due to the curtains being defective. I even put a note in the box requesting that they send me new curtains and just refund my shipping charges. Well, I got an email saying they are refunding the money I paid for the curtains, but nothing about my shipping charges or my new curtains. Needless to say, I have to reorder them because I still have the other three!
