First time buyer and I'm happy

I have had it for a few weeks, so far so good in terms of the product. The color matched the pictures on the site and it looks like good quality; of course it still need to pass the test of time. My only observation is about the shipping, the tracking number wasn't of much help, the only update I saw was when it was scanned at the origin, then after a few days it said there was a problem and another tracking ID may be issued, then all of a sudden it showed up at my door. All in all, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time it's just that I was not able to see the progress.

Beautiful Rug - I ordered a 8x10 and the colors look like the pictures. The rug is thinner than expected but very soft, not stiff like some lower priced rugs I have purchased in the past.
