The Cat6 Shielded Plenum yellow cable comes with a CMP-rated jacket and is designed for installation in plenum spaces of buildings, such as below raised floors or above suspended ceilings. The Cat6 Shielded Plenum cable features an additional layer of protection. The aluminum foil shield helps eliminate crosstalk, such as alien-crosstalk and next-generation crosstalk, and prevents EMI. The Bulk Cat6 Shielded Plenum Yellow 1000ft supports a data transfer rate of 10 Gbps over a distance of 165 feet and 1 Gbps over a distance of 328 feet in any installation environment. The Cat6 Shielded Plenum cable also supports PoE++, PoE+, and PoE up to 300V DC and 60W. This cable has 8 pure copper conductors bundled together in four twisted pairs. Our Bulk Yellow Cat6 Shielded Plenum 1000ft cable also meets all existing standards, including the Fluke DSX-8000 Versie Cable Analyzer. It meets all industry standards, as it is in compliance with RoHS and TIA/EIA standards. The wire runs 23AWG and, as a bulk Ethernet cable, comes in an easy-to-pull wood spool.
