Extremely disappointed!

I was extremely disappointed to receive this product and see that it was not like as pictured and described an initial product description. It claims to be a large size canvas tote, but when I received item, it was merely the same size is an average book not what I thought it would be therefore disappointed I made the purchase and paid what I did for it.

Inaccurate item description

The photo is accurate but the item description doesn't remotely match the actual product other than the fact that it is a black bag of sorts. It's very small (10"x12"), very thin fabric (not canvas), strap is not adjustable and the exterior pocket does not exist. It's a functional bag that could carry a tablet or small laptop and other loose items but there's no structure or form to it. Using this bag is a step down from using a plastic walmart sack.
