I recently purchased this office chair with lumbar support and flip-up arms in pink, and I am thoroughly impressed. The ergonomic design is definitely a standout, as the streamlined back perfectly aligns with the back's natural curve, making it exceptional all-day comfort. The breathable mesh material and high-density foam cushion feel very comfortable, even during extended periods of use. The adjustable flip-up armrests are a great addition, allowing for easy tucking under the desk, while the pneumatic height adjustment helps suit the various needs in my family. The rocking function is a delightful touch that enhances relaxation during breaks.  Additionally, the castors glide smoothly without leaving any marks on my hardwood floor. Assembly was straightforward, with all tools, parts (and even spare parts). Unlike some reviews mentioned, I did receive an assembly instruction (attaching a pic of it for reference) which is in a clear plastic bag for the base part. Overall, this chair perfectly blends comfort, functionality, and style, making it a great addition to any office.
