Poor Customer Service

I honestly can't really say what I think as I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I received 2 notifications from Walmart that they had arrived but I never got them. I attempted tracking them with the tracking number provided with no help. I talked to my local post office who told me it was an international tracking number and they had no information. The P.O. told me to contact Walmart but Walmart could not help me either. They just kept saying the pants had arrived. I just don't think the customer service was very good in this case.
