Lightweight, but does the job!
This is the first meat slicer that I've ever used, and it suits my needs. It is lightweight, but has very strong suctions to hold onto my counter! I don't think it is meant for a large cuts, but for small uses. In my pics, I cut chicken breast into thin strips (lightly frozen), and it worked pretty well for that-clean, even cuts. Easy to use. The one downside (unless I'm missing something) is that there is no reservoir to catch the pieces that you slice. They all kind of just fall behind the machine, which can be kind of messy. But overall, I like the machine. Lightweight, but does the job!

Product was EASY; easy to setup, easy to use, and easy to clean. It came with two blades; one for meats and one for vegetables, cheeses, and breads. We used both blades with FANTASTIC results! We bought it to be able to slice meats but it also did a wonderful job of cutting produce into the thinnest 3mm slices which are perfect for stir fry or making apple chips! Yes please!!

Small but Mighty! Great slicer
Great slicer for the price. I have looked at these in the past and thought it would be nice to have one, but they were always fairly pricy, and I was not sure we would use it enough to justify the cost. Queue the Mulisoft Meat %26 Food Slicer. Upon receiving this I wanted to use it for a week on and off with some different products before leaving my review. When we unpacked it, we made sure to wash it good as there was a fair amount of grease on both included disks, but I am guessing they ship with that on them to keep from rusting etc. We ended up trying to slice several types of meat %26 cheeses, we did some salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, cheddar and about anything else we could find. We did try some fruit like apples, and it seemed to work pretty good on those as well. Not sure I would dirty it up for just a single apple, but it did its job while we were testing it. It came in really handy as we had a small get together and we used it to make a small charcuterie board for the occasion. Overall, it turned out pretty well......it took us a bit to get used to it but once we got the hang of it, I thought the board turned out pretty nice for "first timers" lol. I didn't get any pics of the process as my hands were greasy from the processed meats etc. Really the only thing we had any issues with was bacon and that was our fault as I should have thrown it in the freezer for a bit to stiffen it up as it wanted to "mush" up when we were feeding it into the blade and I didn't want to take the chance of cutting myself so we held off on the bacon. The slicer is also fairly compact, so it doesn't take up a ton of space, and it fits great in our undercounter cabinet. I would recommend this slicer for anyone looking for a nice, small unit to use in the kitchen. Next, we're going to try cutting up some roast for beef jerky so we will get to see how that goes.
