The high-rise, Time and Tru Jegging is great looking and feels great too. I'm 5'4” so the leg length was perfect as a regular length hem for me…(which is what I was hoping for). I always read reviews before I make a lot of my purchases, so I wasn't surprised that these jeans really DO have a high waist in the front but ride low in the back! But my size 16s fit great regardless. I'm so short (4' 9”) that the leg hits me like a regular pant fit rather than the ankle length that the photo shows. They look great and even though the waist is a little odd, I may purchase another color in the future.
