I'm 5'5”, 130 pounds and have an athletic build. I am normally a small but ordered the medium since sweater dresses tend to be more clingy and it's perfect. It falls really nicely and fits closer to how a small would normally fit me in free assembly. The fabric is pleasantly thick and soft. It hits probably 2 inches above my knees and I would feel comfortable wearing this to work or church but probably wouldn't if I was much taller. I love Free Assembly but I wish they would put the length of dresses in their descriptions because it's so hard to know! The length of the medium is 35 inches.
