If you want a slightly relaxed fit size up. I am a S/M (4-6); I like to do a French tuck %26 the M fit perfectly! I didn't tie it at the neck-left it open %26 no “flashing” when bending over. It looks amazing with the Sophia Melissa Flare Jeans! I was able to freely move (my job involves a lot of lifting/bending/reaching) and was comfy all day! Wrinkles fell out of fabric with steamer. Shirt length was perfect-hit a couple inches below belt. It pairs well with a blazer/cardigan as well. All my colleagues complimented the shirt. It is not sheer-body is fully lined (I work in bright harsh fluorescents). Due to recent position %26 department change, I have been trying to build up my wardrobe with functional, professional fashion which allow totally free movement, are breathable, can be styled for business while easily transitioning to more relaxed for days off too-which can be challenging - esp on an extremely tight budget! Planning to order more colors as this top not only looked amazing but I enjoyed wearing it! Wal-mart's really stepped up its game-even from 1yr ago!

The blouse is high quality and the brown color is beautiful, but the blouse is very boxy. I am 5'3”, 120 lbs. and size S fit very large on me. I reordered the blouse is size XS and hope it will be a good fit!
