haven't washed or worn it yet so can't rate the quality since it just arrived. Dress is beautiful, shimmer isn't over the top %26 enough flare when turning. Child weighs roughly 105 lbs, wears a 14/16 so ordered the 16 to "be safe", so Id say it's true to size (hopefully that helps someone while ordering)
