Got it Sept 6, by lady week of Oct the main zipper broke, the metal closure at the end popped completely off. The metal on the zipper pull is way too soft. I've been looking for just the right tote or purse and every one of them is made with the same zipper pull. The only style that looks like it would work long term is where they actually sew the end of the zipper and have a leather-like end instead of metal. That being said. I fell in love with the Montana West styles. This particular purse I got quite a few positive comments from other people. Montana West purses aren't cheap, just the way they put the zippers in are. If you have a sewing machine sew a line at the tail end of the zipper. That might m age the difference between keeping it or not.
