I probably could have even gone down another size to a 2! But I love them. Nice quality. Very soft and comfortable. Will have to hem them as I am 5'2 and pants are usually long on me. It's nice you can tighten the waist a bit with the side pulls, and I don't feel like the waist is too high or too short either, feels secure to stay up. The length works well for 5'9". Width of the legs is not very baggy if you have large thighs, but not tight either.

I purchased these on sale with low expectations because even at full price they're very cheap for jeans. Also, I've not had the best luck with jeans from this brand fitting correctly. These fit perfectly, they're so comfortable and they look great! The flare mid rise is my favorite Jeans style and I'm so happy it's “in” again and these jeans don't disappoint! I purchased one for my daughter and they looked great on her too! I hope come back in stock as I want a second pair as a backup. For reference 5'3” 140lbs and got size 8. The 10 was too loose and big and I would've kept it in 2000 to wear low rise ;)
