Easily scoops hard ice cream and easy release

I have never had an ice cream scoop that cuts through hard ice cream right out of the freezer. This scoops out the ice cream as if it had been sitting out for 5 or 10 minutes. On top of that, the ice cream comes off the scoop very easily. If you want to scoop the ice cream into a ball for a cone, I don't imagine this type of scoop could compare to the traditional round scoops with a trigger release, as I don't have a need to do so.

How long till it breaks
