Love this workout top. The material and cropped length keep you cool. It works for light impact activities when worn alone. I wear a 2nd sports bra if I doing anything strenuous. I purchased an XL and it fits perfectly. For reference I am 5'8, 185 lbs, and a size 38G bra. I usually wear a L in tops but went with an XL in this due to my bust size.

Already love this tank bra and will be reaching for it a lot! Great fabric and very flattering. It will be perfect for lounging, low impact cardio, and yoga. Probably wouldn't recommend for anything high impact. For reference I'm 5'9” and the length comes right above my belly button, I'm 130lbs, my bra size is 32b and the small fits perfectly.
