If you're questioning your size or on a weight loss path, size DOWN! These go at or above the belly button and have amazing pajama pants stretch. So soft but feel like jeans. All four pockets (two in the back and two in the front) are DEEP and FUNCTIONAL. Wish I would have gotten the 0X but for the price, I'm happy to get a second pair and gift this one to someone else! Wow!!!!! I felt like a million bucks!!
