These shorts are definitely true to size. I am 5‘4“ and weigh 148 pounds. I bought them in two different colors for doing yardwork around the house this summer. They are comfortable and feel pretty cool, so no sweating, ha ha! They are a wee bit shorter than I expected but for workout shorts, they are just fine.
