I purchased this for my mother. I would say it is more fitting so if you want it to hang a bit size up. Their other items are true size I would say. Soooo on another note online at certain stores you can order it for $10ish and choose shipping. Now if they carry it in store it will be marked at the full price so after ordering it twice it finally came in and it was the right size.
