Unless you have a very significant bust the bust area will not stay down and continues to rise up with even the slightest movement. And even then there is little guarantee it will stay put. Elastic shoulder ruffles offer little support to the item and none to structure of garment. Try on if you buy in store.

Preface for this review - it's what my wife said. The material is awful - I had to return this multiple times because each time I ordered it, the material was snagged, and I have a feeling even if I didn't receive a snagged-up dress, it would have snagged up really badly during the first wash anyway. It has plenty of elasticity, but that's all it has going for it. I am 5'6, 132 lbs, with an hourglass figure and a 34B bust. I have tried this dress in both small and medium - both fit perfectly, but with both sizes, the ruched bust did not encompass my chest, and only met my bust about halfway, which made it look odd. The length was OK; it hit about the way it did on the model. I will say the small did better with accentuating my figure, the medium kind of fit like a potato sack. Ultimately, between the snags, the potato sack fit, and the fact that this looks more like a nightie than a dress you'd wear in public, I just returned it.
