I like to give measurements it helps more than just size and weight I'm 34G really can wear 32 but I don't like feeling to tight in my bra my waist is 31.5 on a good day 32 on the days (y'all get it) but I got a Medium which says 8/10 some tops depending on brand I can wear a large or medium but this has little stretch so if you want it more fitted and you're 34G you can get small in this top heavy good material remember the arms if your arms it can be tighter around that part if you size down and want to push the sleeves up the below pic is just a try on not styled to give y'all a good idea
