Athletic Works Boy's Core Short, 2-Pack, Sizes 4-18 & Husky

Walmart has stepped up their game big time with their active wear and their children active wear is just as much as a winner as all the other items I've tried. These shorts are an excellent quality for the price and I really love the colors offered! The material is not cheap feeling and doesn't feel like it's going to just unravel on the first or second wash and for being all polyester, it doesn't feel all polyester (if that makes sense). My son is very, very active and I have no doubt that these will hold up to him. I went with the large on these because my son is extremely lanky/skinny and they run large on him but that's my son (every pair of pants run large on him)- the shorts themselves are TTS so follow normal sizing. My son loves these- after having him try these on, despite the fact it's a snow day and 34° outside, he's asking to wear them for the rest of the day so they're a winner for him and he's asking for more so off to pick out another color.

This is a great set of athletic shorts! I'm a big fan of the red white and blue design - it's very cool and funky and my 5 year old son likes it too. They have pockets and a draw string which are a must for my boy. These are just as good as quality as name brand pairs he has. The small fits true to size on my large 5 year old.
