This is 100% cotton, including the lining, which is top notch for summer. It fits to size and is not too short even though it is more of a cropped lenghty. The eyelet material is fresh and the construction is good. This has a small button in with an elastic looop in the back of the neck but you just pull it on and go and it goes with everything from casual to dressy. I am already wearing it in the warmer Texas weather under a cute jean jacket even though it is still March.
