not a snug fitting skirt but clingy. looks well made feels good on. if you follow exactly the measurements you probably can go down a size if you want a snug fit. I wear a M-l order a small by accident got it on waist was a little snug skirt still wasn't tight? but I have no butt.. w33 h39. I may get a L just so it's longer if I pull it way up %26 wear under sweaters as well. drapes nice, nice material
