Pretty, but ran small %26 uncomfortable

Took a chance on this skirt as it looks beautiful! It is very pretty, but the waistband would be a problem for anyone who isn't a twig. Although it is thick elastic, it is not sewn completely around, so you have to roll it under yourself. There's no way that's staying put. I also felt it ran small. Will be returning.
