Cat6 Shielded Plenum comes with an additional layer of protection. The aluminum foil shield aids in eliminating crosstalk such as alien-crosstalk and next-generation crosstalk and prevents EMI. The Bulk Cat6 Shielded Plenum Blue 1000ft supports a data transfer rate of 10 Gbps over a distance of 165 feet and 1Gbps over a distance of 328 feet in any installation environment. Cat6 Shielded Plenum cable also supports PoE++, PoE+, and PoE up to 300V DC and 60W. This cable has 8 pure copper conductors that are bundled together in four twisted pairs. Our Bulk Blue Cat6 Shielded Plenum 1000ft cable also meets all existing standards including Fluke DSX-8000 Versiv Cable Analyzer. It meets all industry standards as it is in compliance with RoHS and TIA/EIA standards. The wire runs 23AWG and being a bulk Ethernet cable comes in an easy-to-pull wood spool.
