bad product

this computer came to me still physically damaged. the screen was cracked in the corners and the pieces around the screen were dried up cracked and coming out. the very first time i opened it took force because it was completely stuck closed. the screen broke today because of the cracks and i'm still actively making payments. won't work at all now. it also runs terribly in general. very disappointed as i did so much research to find this macbook and for me it wasn't a small purchase. all to just have to get a new one once im finally completed with the payments. i'm disappointed because it wasn't described as “like new” and this was never true.
