I'll admit I had doubts about this microwave popcorn popper. Because I had the electric one and it unfortunately quit working. But I'd thought I'd give this a try and I'm so glad I did. You don't have to add only butter to it just add the lid and let it go. I had very few kernels left. To be honest way less than my old machine. but you have to lesson to the popping of the kernels. I don't eat salt on my,but I did find a spray butter from wonder in caramel,theater butter and garlic butter flavors for those like myself who watch their weight and carb intake. I personally purchased the caramel. I'll be honest it's not nothing like the real thing, but the taste and satisfaction is there. I will say this popcorn popper is worth buying, so I highly recommend it.

I use this twice a day everyday! You won't be sorry purchasing this item! The price I'm saving on microwave popcorn, I can buy a designer bag! No oil, just put 1/4 cup popcorn add the lid and you have a full bowl of popcorn every time! No more burnt popcorn! Perfect every single time!
