Excellent. I wasn't sure how well this would work, but it was on sale so I took a chance. I was NOT disappointed. I cooked a 14 lb. turkey in it and it came out beautifully. The skin was dark and crispy. The white meat was juicy. I will definitely be using this for Thanksgiving this year, but I also plan to try some chickens in it and maybe even some baby back ribs. Clean up was super easy. The only part I had to actually scrub was the cover for the interior heater (goes in the middle of the bird. No complaints, though.
