Good

So I got my charger a month ago, but it didn't work. I emailed them the next day and they were quick to reply. they sent me a new one to replace it which works great with no charge. What really stands out to me is there quick response and how they fixed the problem right away when the first charger was faulty for some reason. The charger works well for my Dell laptop which is great cause I needed it really bad. I just hope they would check the chargers if they work before they send them that's the only critique I have. I would still recommend to buy from them.
