I'm speaking for my daughter since I had it shipped to her. Pizzelli's have been a Christmas tradition in my family for may years, first my sister, my mom and then me for last 15 years. My daughter is taking over the tradition. She made her first Pizzelli's for Christmas and loved the end result. My Pizzelli Iron is really old, but still works great.
