I bought two sizes too small and it's still two sizes too big. if you are anything over a C cup you will not get any support from these. I could probably take 6 in off of each unadjustable shoulder to try to get some support. I may even have to adjust the circumference and reinforce the cup area.

The only negative I have is when washing them, the cup padding shifts around. You can get it repositioned, but it would be nice if they stayed in place.
