Very Nice - But was dissapointed

The lamp is truly beautiful. It arrived ahead of schedule. However, I purchased this for my granddaughter's birthday. She absolutely loved it. When we went to put the blub in, we noticed that it was broke. The part where you put the bulb was all cracked up. We all were very disappointed.
