Great top loading backpack for money

I needed a top loading, tall book bag that wasn't going to cost too much, but looked rugged and had the pockets I needed. Suits my needs perfectly! I like the dark green color. I'm not using it constantly or backpacking with it, so can't say if it's the best for active people.
