I usually get a size M but I wanted these roomy and comfy so I took size L in white. Bamb! Home run baby. I am short. 5ft %26 1/2 inches tall. So these come to just above my ankles. Where I wanted them. I go up and down in weight due to medicines. Fluctuating between 143 and 153. If you want some room for comfort and allowing room for possible shrinking with washing or like me weight fluctuating I suggest you size up by one. Nice pocket depth also.
