I am 16 years old and I have a 30 inch waist and a 40 inch chest. I usually wear a medium in T-shirts. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 185 pounds. In the photos below I am wearing a medium and it is a true to size fit.. I like the small design on the front with the little stripes by the upper shoulders.
